Transit Times & Information

  • Processing Time: All orders are packed and dispatched from our Warsaw warehouse within 1-2 business days.
  • Estimated Delivery Time:
    • Poland: 1-3 business days.
    • EU Countries: 3-7 business days (depending on destination).
  • No Customs Duties: Since we ship from Poland (European Union), there are NO customs duties or import taxes for orders shipped to other EU countries. The price you pay at checkout is final.
  • Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect will be refunded (excluding shipping costs) once received at our hub.
  • Delays: While we aim for speed, BLING is not responsible for delays caused by strikes, severe weather, or peak season volumes affecting carriers (DHL, DPD, GLS, etc.).
